We offer a stunning indoor/outdoor venue, providing a beautiful backdrop for events, conferences, product launches, ceremonies and receptions.  Our range of seven function spaces is designed to accommodate gatherings of various sizes, from intimate gatherings of 20 people to our expansive convention centre capable of hosting up to 600 guests.

We are just over an hour to Melbourne, and only a short taxi or bus ride from Ballarat Train Station.

With its elegant and cosy ambiance, this space is perfect for hosting special events, from weddings and birthdays to smaller corporate gatherings.

A Unique Meeting Space

 

The Victoria Room One offers swathes of natural light, French doors that open out onto the hotel deck, and an open fireplace for winter. Or, on those long summer nights, open the doors and step out onto the hotel deck. As with all our meeting spaces, state-of-the-art audio-visual systems, including HD projectors, are provided.

The Victoria Room Two offers abundant natural light, large windows with views of the hotel deck, and an inviting atmosphere for all seasons. On cooler days, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, or open the doors on warmer evenings to step out onto the hotel deck.
